I’m so excited to welcome you—I can’t wait to have you in my chair! ✨🩷 Appointment Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and the time of my clients, I kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations and No-Shows * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be responsible for the applicable cancellation fee. Deposits * A deposit may be required when booking certain services or after a late cancellation or no-show. * Deposits are nonrefundable. * A deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided. Emergency Situations I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
