Welcome to my Website ✨🎀 Hair by Crystal LLC “Southern Roots Salon” I offer a variety of color services, specialize in blonding 🤍, and color corrections, haircuts, formal hairstyles, hand tied sew in extensions and much more.. ✨Hair Appointment Cancellation Policy✨ To respect both my time and my clients’ time, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to the cancellation fee. Deposits • A deposit may be required for future bookings after a late cancellation or no-show. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with proper notice. Emergency Situations I understand emergencies happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
